Little Bit of Luxury
This week i ordered a little bit of luxury for summer and also for a very exciting up and coming trip... They FINALLY arrived this morning.

Tom Ford Sunglasses: to add to my now 6 pairs of designer sunnies, did i say i've a slight Addiction.

Recipe: My Chocolate Chip Cookies
These are one of my favourite cookies
Cooking time: 7-10 minutes
Ingredients:
- 2 cups Plain Flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 1 1/4 cups Rolled Oats
- 3/4 cup Roasted Walnuts cooled
- 1 cup Unsalted Butter (Room temp)
- 1 Egg (Room temp)
- 2 tablespoons Milk
- 1 teapsoon Vanilla Extract
- 2 cups Good Quality Chocolate (Chopped)
Method:
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and butter the baking sheets.
- In a standard mixer fitted with the paddle attachment or hand held whisk cream together the butter and sugar on a medium-high speed until light and fluffy.
- Mean while sift the dry ingredients (not the oats) and whisk the wet ingredients together.
- Add in the dry & wet ingredients along in halves until everything is combined on a medium speed.
- Once everything's combined fold in the chopped chocolate and rolled oats.
- Take the prepared baking trays and scoop or spoon evenly sized mounds leaving an 1inch between each cookie.
- Before putting the cookies into the oven gently press the top of each cookie and cook for 7-10 minutes.
- Once the cookies come out the oven leave to cool for 5 minutes on the trays before placing onto cooling racks.
- If you have any left over cookie dough roll up into a log and wrap in clingfilm tightly. Freeze for 1 month and leave to defrost over night in the fridge or cook for 10-15 minutes until lightly golden on top. Cutting the dough into circles before cooking.

The Last Bus Cafe
On wednesday we went to the Last Bus Cafe for lunch and it was lovely. Its a 100% vegetarian and i don't mind as i quite like veggie dishes. Mike & Tina have created such a cool and unique place out in the middle of the countryside, with vintage buss seats, Out door toilet, Record player, and a wood burning oven.

I received this lovely surprise this morning from Dafna at Bobbi Brown after filming at their counter in John Lewis last week. I love Bobbi Brown products for everyday and im actually going to sit down tonight with a cup of tea and read the make up manual.
